When the Bough Breaks

This is what happens when you have a giant Bradford pear tree in your yard. See, Bradford pears are as fragile as Mindcrime’s ego. Meaning very. Then along comes a colossal 40 mph wind. Unfortunately what you are seeing here is the AFTER. Meaning after I spent an hour and a half chain-sawing the durn thing to release the pressure it was putting on the other two trees – two gorgeous dogwoods.

I’m not bothered about the Bradford Pear, it stinks and it’s an ugly tree. But the dogwoods, I really hope they make it.
