Krista’s Corner of the Bombshell World
Posted on June 29, 2004 | Filed Under Life in NC
This time it’s good news. Well, at least I think so. My wife has been wanting to share photos with family and friends so I’ve set her up her own little corner in the Bombshell Studios world. Krista’s Corner. She’s going to officially start posting when she feels comfortable with the whole blog thing. We’re working on that and she may even have an opportunity to fill us in on her trip to China starting next week.

As you will have no doubt perused the update from a few days ago I wish to add that life continues to get more and more bizarre.
First, it was discovered that the blood-giving co-worker had a mild heartattack here in the office. She is, however, fine and recovering quite nicely. We’re all thankful for that.
Second, I’m shelled from my current training and the stress of work the last few weeks all piled together. You can read more about that over at the IronmanQuest page.
Third, this morning, the police came to our office. Apparently, someone drove behind our building over the weekend and shot themselves. Read more

Bad Moon Rising

I don’t know if it’s just me but today has been a total freak day.
Things to go wrong:
- At work, 4 of 7 candidates had issues with their id
- 2 co-workers went loopy and I had to settle an argument. One of them laying out so much attitude you would have thought she had a record label
- Another co-worker gave blood, came in, passed out and we had to call an ambulance
- This, in turn, requires that I have to work 10 hours straight, no break for lunch, and me without food is just a disaster waiting to happen
I’m trying to figure out what else can go wrong. Most likely it’ll happen to me as I’m driving home.
I’m hoping the co-worker that feinted and went to the hospital is all right. I won’t find out most likely until tomorrow.
What a weird day.
And no, those aren’t teeth, those are tusks that are sprouting from my lower jaw. TUSKS.
Time to howl!
